I first decided to create My Business Tools because I was struggling to actually have my third online business up and running. I had taken too much of a big project onto myself. As I worked on the infrastructure of my online business, I thought to myself, there are thousands of other people out there going through the same troubles that I am. The first thing that came across my mind was to offer a free guide on how to create a business, but then I decided to make a directory styled website containing only free ebooks related to the business growth and creation process. As I was making the website I thought of how much it would cost me to keep the site up and running and it shocked me that I was going to have to pay for several helpers to aide me in the actualization of the website once it is stable. Since this site is being constantly updated because there are hundreds of new eBooks in the market, I decided to monetize the site to cover those funds. For this reason, every time an ebook is clicked on to be downloaded, an advertisement shows up before taking you to the download page. This does the function of a donate button without the users giving us money.
